Booking Terms

A 13% deposit is required to secure your booking, paid securely online via Stripe at the time of booking. Your spot is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is paid in cash to our office in Mongolia, collected by your guide at the start of your trip. No additional online payment is required.

You must provide accurate full names, contact details, and pickup and drop-off locations. Inaccurate information may delay or affect your trip logistics and permits.

Requests to change your travel dates or number of travelers are subject to availability. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp as early as possible.

In rare cases where we must cancel or significantly change a trip — for example, due to weather, safety conditions, or events beyond our control — we will offer you a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule to a future departure.

Please accurately represent your physical fitness and any relevant medical conditions when booking, so we can match you with a package suited to your ability. Some of our itineraries involve physically demanding activities such as horseback riding, trekking, and multi-day travel over rough terrain.

Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation is strongly recommended for all travelers and is not included in your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, where our tours are operated. By paying your deposit, you confirm that you accept these Booking Terms.
